However, considering recent business results, the realization of \u201cTechnological and Production Transformation\u201d that will be promoted during YX2026, and the expected contribution to earnings from the acquisition of Goodyear\u2019s OTR business that was announced in the \u201cNotice regarding the acquisition of The Goodyear Tire &amp; Rubber Company\u2019s mining &amp; construction machinery tyre business\u201d submitted on 22<sup>nd<\/sup>&nbsp;July 2024, YOKOHAMA has upwardly revised these YX2026 financial targets, raising sales revenue to \u00a51,250 billion, an increase of \u00a5100 billion, and business profit to \u00a5150 billion, an increase of \u00a520 billion. The business profit margin target has been increased to 12%.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Under its current medium-term management plan YX2026, YOKOHAMA is advancing the \u201cexploitation\u201d of the strengths of its existing businesses and the \u201cexploration\u201d of new value as it aims to complete the transformation begun under its previous medium-term plan while being mindful to not leave any negative legacies for the next generation.
