Engineered to<br>deliver outstanding grip and control under extreme racing conditions, ADVAN tyres will play a<br>key role in supporting the car\u2019s performance throughout the season.<br>The car, specially developed by BMW M Motorsport, will compete in the SPX class at this<br>year\u2019s ADAC RAVENOL 24h N\u00fcrburgring, as well as in the N\u00fcrburgring Langstrecken-Serie<br>(NLS).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"untranslatable-text\" data-no-translation=\"\">The BMW M3 Touring 24H is a car created for fans at the demanding N\u00fcrburgring, with whom<br>BMW M Motorsport shares a very special relationship. Following the 2022 launch of the BMW<br>M3 Touring, BMW M Motorsport began considering the development of a racing version. The<br>idea became concrete after an April Fools\u2019 post in 2025, showcasing a fictional M3 Touring GT<br>race car, went viral and generated massive fan engagement. Encouraged by this response, the<br>project was approved in summer 2025, and within just eight months the BMW M3 Touring 24H<br>was built.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"untranslatable-text\" data-no-translation=\"\">The car is based on the same technical platform as the BMW M4 GT3 EVO but features<br>bodywork derived from the BMW M3 Touring. Compared to its GT3 counterpart, it is 200 mm<br>longer (including the rear wing) and 32 mm taller, while maintaining identical technical<br>specifications.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"untranslatable-text\" data-no-translation=\"\">The SPX class is reserved for special high-performance experimental vehicles or cars with<br>unique modifications that do not fit into other categories, such as SP9, which includes<br>production-based cars compliant with FIA GT3 regulations.
