Position: HRBP and People Development

Inserted in the HR team and reporting directly to CHRO, the HR Business Partner & People Development Europe will be the point of reference for activities supporting the company’s corporate functions, building effective partnerships with Country Managers and contributing to the diffusion of a corporate culture focused on the enhancement of talent and continuous learning.

 

Main responsibilities:

  • Provide support to the business throughout the development, implementation and measurement of an HR plan that proactively meets the business objectives & the corporate HR strategy for European subsidiaries
  • Planning and coordination of training and professional development initiatives
  • Support for growth processes, development and mapping of skills
  • Act as a business partner to strengthen the link in between HR and each subsidiary of the group for development topics, salary review strategies, performance management processes and retention plans.
  • Implement and execute HR policies and systems within the organization.
  • Counsel the management with suggestions and by planning ahead possible organization development for each subsidiary in coherence with the HR development strategy.
  • Ensure monthly payroll operations are accurately executed by payroll providers, ensuring all employee compensation data are collected and processed correctly and on time.
  • Cooperate on the recruitment process, draw up employment contracts and deal with all administration processes.

The person will be based in one of our European subsidiaries (France, Poland, UK, Sweden, Spain, Italy, Switzerland) and will be available for business trips abroad.

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in economics, law or humanities
  • 5-6 years of experience in similar roles preferably within well-structured and or multinational companies.
  • Solid knowledge of Learning and Development techniques, tools and methodologies
  • Emotional intelligence & adaptability;
  • Ability to influence others and operate in a dynamic multi-cultural environment;
  • Being able to sustain an innovative approach to HR practices and at the same time act to become a trusted partner.
  • Excellent knowledge of English
