Key Responsibilities

  • Collect, analyze, and document business requirements related to ERP and operational processes, translating them into functional specifications.
  • Support ERP applications, especially in Operations areas (Logistics, Distribution, Procurement, Sales).
  • Collaborate with business users to understand workflows, identify gaps, and propose system-based solutions.
  • Support the design, implementation, and maintenance of integrations between ERP and other applications (e.g. B2B, CRM, WMS, reporting tools, third-party systems).
  • Coordinate with external vendors and consultants for application support, enhancements, and issue resolution.
  • Assist in testing activities, including test case preparation, execution, and data validation.
  • Support change requests and minor enhancement initiatives, ensuring alignment with business priorities and agreed timelines.
  • Provide user support and contribute to training activities to ensure correct adoption of system functionalities.
  • Maintain application documentation, procedures, and user guidelines.

Requirements & Experience

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering or economics.
  • Proven experience in IT Application Support, ERP Analyst, or Application Specialist roles, ideally within a multinational environment.
  • Hands-on experience with complex, enterprise-grade ERP systems in operations-driven environments (manufacturing, logistics, or supply chain).
  • Good understanding of end-to-end business and ERP operational processes.
  • Experience with basic application integrations (APIs, interfaces, data exchange, EDI)
  • Working knowledge of SQL and relational databases; Power BI is a plus.
  • Advanced use of MS Office tools
  • Fluent English.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills; able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Good communication skills, capable of interacting with both business users and technical teams.
  • Proactive and service-oriented, with a strong willingness to learn and grow within a team.
