Role Overview
The purpose of the ICT Governance & Services Junior Analyst is to support ICT department activities, with a specific focus on contributing to internal technology assessments such as due-diligence initiatives, enhancing oversight of the ICT landscape, and enabling seamless interaction between business teams and ICT function.
Key Responsibilities
IT Financial & Governance:
- To support in preparation and execution of internal ICT due diligence (applications, architecture, license, …)
- To support the enhancement of compliance with ICT standards and consolidate effective IT procedures.
- To monitor, analyze and prepare reporting of ICT budget, investments expenditures and costs.
- To support in the execution of procurement process for ICT department, from creation of purchase orders for ICT projects and activities to invoice management and reporting.
- To define, implement and monitor KPI in collaboration with the ICT Team.
IT Services
- To support the local team regarding ICT topics acting as interface with internal and external Technology partners
- To monitor and analyze help desk requests
- To support the local team in Workplace Device basic needs (laptop + mobile + printer and similar)
Requirements:
- Bachelor or master degree in engineering or economics.
- High sense of accountability, strong time management, and proactive approach
- Effective communication and presentation skills, with the ability to interact at all levels of the organization
- Fluent in English language.
- Advanced use of MS Office tools (word, excel, power point)
- Power BI is nice to have.
- Ability to self-motivate and work independently.
