Role Overview

The role will have a strong focus on Business Analytics, pricing and market steering, with responsibility for analyzing performance, identifying trends and translating insights into concrete commercial actions.

You will also contribute to the planning, coordination and execution of key marketing and sales initiatives, working closely with Sales, Key Accounts and the European Headquarters to support data-driven decision making and ensure alignment between market needs and strategic priorities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analysis of sales figures, margins, pricing structures, and market performance
  • Conducting pricing, competitive, and benchmark analyses
  • Prepare monthly sales forecast variance reports and supply performance dashboards for senior management and Headquarter
  • Analyze historical sales data, market trends, and promotional activities to develop accurate demand forecasts.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business administration, Economics, Management Engineering, Marketing or similar. Higher professional education as a certified marketing specialist or comparable qualification will also be considered
  • 3+ years of professional experience in sales / marketing 
  • Strong numerical affinity and excellent analytical skills 
  • Very good Excel skills (e.g. analyses, pivot tables, calculations, data preparation) 
  • Very good PowerPoint skills (management and sales presentations)
  • Experience or strong affinity with data analytics, business analytics, pricing, marketing, and sales
  • Ability to translate complex data and market insights into clear decision-making inputs
  • Very good command of German and good command of English
