Role Overview
The candidate will join the Yokohama Italy Finance team with the objective of supporting administrative, accounting, and financial reporting activities, contributing to the efficiency of internal processes.
The internship program is designed to develop and enhance competencies across the main Finance processes, providing valuable learning experience within a structured environment focused on process quality and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Support general accounting activities, including accounts receivable and accounts payable processes;
- Manage, review, and archive administrative and accounting documentation;
- Perform account reconciliations and support monthly closing activities;
- Prepare internal reports and support financial data analysis;
- Collaborate with Finance colleagues and cross-functional teams to ensure timeliness, accuracy, and compliance of internal processes;
- Provide support on ad hoc activities related to process improvement projects.
Requirements & Experience
- Degree in Economics, Finance, Management, or related fields (a background from a technical institute in accounting/finance is considered a plus);
- Good knowledge of Excel and Microsoft 365 tools;
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving attitude;
- Good interpersonal and teamwork skills;
- Strong motivation to learn in a dynamic and evolving environment.
