Role Overview
The role will support digital transformation initiatives, with a strong focus on process analysis, operational excellence, and change management, contributing to the translation of business needs into practical and scalable solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborating in daily monitoring of containers in transit from Asia to Europe
- Updating tracking files and logistics reports
- Supporting the monitoring ETAs, delays, transshipments, and overall shipment status
- Communicating with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and overseas suppliers
- Supporting the management of import/export documentation (Bills of Lading, invoices, packing lists, customs documentation)
- Coordinating with warehouse, procurement, and customer service teams
- Assisting in logistics KPI analysis and continuous process improvement activities
- Reporting operational issues and shipment exceptions
Requirements & Experience
- Recent graduate in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Economics, Management Engineering, or a related field
- Strong interest in logistics, transportation, import/export operations, and supply chain management
- Good organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Proactive attitude, curiosity, and willingness to learn in a dynamic international environment
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively with different stakeholders and cross-functional teams
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Fluent English, knowledge of an additional language is considered a plus
- Basic understanding of logistics processes, international shipments, customs documentation, or supply chain concepts is considered a plus
