Role Overview
The role will support digital transformation initiatives, with a strong focus on process analysis, operational excellence, and change management, contributing to the translation of business needs into practical and scalable solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the analysis and mapping of business processes (AS-IS), identifying inefficiencies and areas for improvement
- Support the definition of TO-BE processes, in collaboration with Business and IT functions
- Contribute to the collection and formalization of functional requirements
- Support the creation of structured documentation in English (process flows, guidelines, operational procedures), as well as change management materials (presentations, guidelines, internal communications)
- Support the planning of ongoing projects (deadline management, follow-up activities, output analysis)
- Collaborate in the implementation of business improvement and digitalization initiatives
- Contribute to the communication and rollout of new processes within the organization, collecting feedback and supporting involved functions during the transition phase (training and initial operational support)
Requirements & Experience
- Recently graduated in Management Engineering or a related field
- Interest in process improvement, business organization, and digital transformation
- Strong organizational skills, proactivity, enthusiasm, curiosity, and problem-solving mindset
- Good analytical and synthesis skills
- Ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders; excellent communication skills are a must-have
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and PowerPoint (Excel is a plus)
- Fluent English, a second language will be considered a plus
- Basic knowledge of Operations, Finance, or IT is considered a plus
