Role Overview Yokohama Europe is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Finance Manager to join our team.

As the Finance Manager/Controller, you’ll be part of our Italian subsidiary team and you will oversee all key financial activities, ensure full regulatory compliance, and support corporate strategy through effective financial planning, control, and analysis

Key Responsibilities

Financial Control & Reporting

· Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards, internal controls, and company policies.

· Monitor financial performance, providing variance analysis, business insights, and recommendations to support management decision-making.

· Develop and maintain management reporting and act as the primary finance contact for HQ and EU HQ.

 

Budgeting, Forecasting & Planning

· Lead the annual budgeting process and periodic forecasting activities.

· Monitor business performance, identifying risks, opportunities, and areas for improvement.

· Support long-term financial planning, strategic initiatives, and key business decisions through financial analysis.

 

Cash Flow, Treasury & Credit Management

· Manage cash flow, liquidity planning, and monthly cash flow forecasting.

· Optimize cash management practices and support treasury activities and banking relationships.

· Oversee credit management and accounts receivable performance, including customer credit assessments, credit limit reviews, and collection activities in collaboration with the Sales organization.

· Partner with Sales leadership to balance commercial objectives, cash generation, and credit risk.

 

Team Leadership & Process Improvement

· Lead and develop the Administration and Accounting team, fostering accountability and continuous improvement.

· Drive the standardization, automation, and optimization of finance, administrative, and credit management processes.

· Support the implementation and continuous enhancement of the ERP system to improve operational efficiency, reporting capabilities, and internal controls.

 

Requirements & Experience

· Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.

· 7+ years of experience in Finance, Controlling, or Financial Management roles.

· Solid experience in financial planning and control, including reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.

· Strong knowledge of ERP systems and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

· Fluent in English.

· Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

· Ability to combine strategic thinking with a hands-on approach.

· Effective stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration. Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

· Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

· Commercial acumen with a results-oriented mindset and attention to detail.

Annual Basic Salary: 60.000-75.000 EUR
