Role Overview
The resources will work operationally across Customer Service, Trade Marketing, Pricing, and Demand Planning. The selected employees will gain broad knowledge of the business and key commercial processes. Among other responsibilities, they will coordinate direct shipments from Asia and ensure a smooth process from order to invoicing, while also playing an active role in the implementation of internal projects (for example, the implementation of the new ERP system). They will work closely with several functions across the organization and report directly to the Pricing & Marketing Manager, Yokohama Scandinavia.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily customer contact, orders, and delivery follow-up 
  • Coordinate direct shipments from Asia 
  • Prepare and execute marketing campaigns and materials 
  • Maintain price lists and customer-specific pricing 
  • Analyze pricing, margins, and product profitability (Excel) 
  • Support sales forecasting and demand planning 
  • Play an active role in our internal projects

Requirements & Experience

  • You hold a degree in Business, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Marketing, or a related field
  • You are at an early stage of your career, with initial relevant experience considered a plus
  • You have strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • You are fluent in both written and spoken Swedish and English
  • Experience with Power BI is considered an advantage
  • Exposure to pricing, supply chain, data analysis, or campaign follow-up is a plus
  • You work in a structured and detail-oriented manner
  • You demonstrate strong analytical skills and enjoy combining operational and analytical tasks
  • You communicate clearly and effectively, building strong relationships across teams
  • You show curiosity and a proactive attitude towards learning new areas
  • You are comfortable taking initiative and working independently when required
