YOKOHAMA Europe GmbH, founded in 2005 and based in Düsseldorf, is a subsidiary of YOKOHAMA Rubber Company Limited and is responsible for the distribution of YOKOHAMA Marine Hoses and Pneumatic Fenders in the EMEA (Europe, Middle East & Africa) and The Americas regions. Our Industrial Products Division operates in an international environment, working closely with customers, business partners and colleagues worldwide to support challenging projects in the marine and port infrastructure sectors.

Your responsibilities

  • Managing and processing international customer orders in the EMEA and Americas regions
  • Coordinating procurement and sales processes in the ERP system
  • Monitoring delivery dates and ensuring orders are processed on time
  • Checking and processing relevant order and dispatch documents
  • Processing goods receipts, incoming and outgoing invoices
  • Supporting international logistics and delivery processes
  • Working closely with customers, suppliers and internal departments

Your profile

  • You have completed a commercial apprenticeship, e.g. as an industrial clerk or a wholesale and foreign trade clerk
  • You have some initial experience in the field of exports (preferably within the EMEA region)
  • Knowledge of international trade (e.g. Incoterms and export processing) is an advantage
  • Experience of working with ERP systems (e.g. SAP, Infor or similar)
  • You are confident using MS Office, particularly when working with spreadsheets and documents on a daily basis
  • Good written and spoken English for day-to-day communication in an international environment
  • Furthermore, you enjoy working in an international team and are happy to take on responsibility proactively and reliably
